  • WILL MY BACKYARD FIT ONE OF YOUR AWESOME TENTS?
    As a general guide, we recommend a space that’s a meter wider than the tent’s diameter. So, for our 4m tent, you’ll need 5m x 5m; for our 4.5m tent, it’s 5.5m x 5.5m; and for our 5m tent, you’ll need 6m x 6m. But don’t worry if your space is a bit smaller; just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist. You can send us your address, and we’ll check it out on Google Maps, send us a photo of the space or grab the measuring tape, or even get the kids to use a trundle wheel for a fun measurement activity!
  • I DON'T HAVE MUCH GRASS, CAN YOU SET UP ON MY DECK OR PAVERS?
    Great question! We typically need a base of earth to secure the tent pegs, but we might be able to work something out if most of the area is grass. Feel free to send us some pictures of your space, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that there might be a slight additional cost for non-traditional setups.
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SLEEPOVER GLAMPOUT AND A MOVIE NIGHT?
    A Glampout Sleepover has mattresses and all the sleepover trimmings with doonas, pillows and laundered covers. A projector can be added to a Sleepover Glampout for an additional $75 (10 people max in a 5m tent) A Movie Tent uses large floor cushions, small cushions and not set up for a sleepover. This can cater for more people (15 children max in a 5m tent for a back garden movie experience).
  • CAN YOU DO A BRANDED THEME PARTY, LIKE BARBIE OR MARVEL?
    We specialise in creating beautiful events with colour schemes rather than specific branded themes. We’d love to chat about your vision, and you can also check out our website and Instagram for inspiration! We tend to keep things boho and neutral for the most part, but have plenty of pink cushions and colours for the boys too!
  • IT'S WINTER, IT'S TOO COLD TO CAMP!
    We’ve got you covered, literally! We know how important it is to stay cozy, so we go the extra mile to ensure everyone stays warm and snug. We provide doonas and blankets, and we insulate the floor with lovely, thick rugs. Plus, our high-quality mattresses are designed to retain heat. We’re committed to keeping everyone warm and happy so you can focus on having fun!
  • WON'T THE LITTLE DARLINGS GET WET?
    Rest assured, our tents are completely waterproof. In fact, there’s something magical about listening to the gentle pitter-patter of rain on the tent while you’re snug inside.
  • DO YOU WASH THE SHEETS AFTER EACH PARTY?
    Absolutely! We fully launder all our linens after each event to ensure everything is fresh and clean for every party.
  • MY BACKYARD ISN'T FLAT, CAN YOU LANDSCAPE IT FOR ME?
    Haha, I wish! But our trusty van doesn’t quite fit a bulldozer. We do need the ground to be reasonably level, but we can help smooth things out with foam mats under the tent. If you’re unsure, just send us some pictures, and we’ll happily take a look.
  • WHAT TIME DO YOU SET UP AND PACK DOWN?
    For overnight hire, we normally set up from 7am and pack down the following day from 9:30am. It is all dependent on how many tents we are setting up and taking down each day. We try to accommodate where we can. Each set up can take from 45mins to 1.5hrs.
  • CAN YOU SET UP IN A PARK OR CAMPGROUND?
    Yes, we can! While our primary setups are in backyards, we love a good adventure! We’re happy to set up anywhere there’s room and permission. Just make sure you arrange any necessary council permits or campground permissions. Also, please note that for park setups, we may need council approval to insert tent pegs into the ground.
  • CAN YOU PITCH THE TENT INSIDE?
    Our tents are designed for the great outdoors with a center pole height of 2.5m to 3m and pegs that need to go into the ground. Unfortunately, they aren’t suitable for indoor use.
  • WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALENDAR WHERE I CAN BOOK MY PARTY DATE?
    We love personal connections and want to make sure your space is perfect for one of our tents. That way, we can also discuss your colour scheme and any special requests.
  • SYNTHETIC TURF - CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE THIS?
    Sooo, yes we can. However, we would need to peg the tent in with thin tent pegs (our normal pegs are too big to put into synthetic turf. This is however only done with written confirmation that you are happy for us to do this. The pegs will pierce the synthetic turf membrane. We have done a number of these before, with no visible signs a tent has been on there once it is taken down.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
    Here's the deal: We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. There’s also a $150 bond ($200 if you're hiring the projector) that we’ll return to you right after the party, provided nothing is damaged. Finally, please settle the balance of your invoice 7 days before your party. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
  • WHAT INSURANCE AND CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HOLD?
    Your peace of mind is important to us. We have Public Liability Insurance up to AUD$20m, along with Working with Children and criminal record checks. We’re happy to provide copies upon request.
